This fee helps cover the administrative costs of coordinating design presentations to VIPs and talent, including logistical support, styling coordination, and communication with industry professionals.

Please note that only a limited number of designers are chosen for fittings, ensuring a curated selection for VIPs and talent.

While your design will receive exposure to key decision-makers, this fee does not guarantee that the garment will be worn at the event, nor is it a paid product placement. However, participating designers benefit from having their work showcased to influential professionals in the film and entertainment industry.

Designer Responsibilities:
• Provide the selected garments.
• Designers submitting designs for consideration are required to commit to a project-specific fee, payable upon confirmation of your design’s selection for a fitting.
• Cover associated costs,including pick-up or return fees (e.g., Uber delivery or shipping), dry cleaning costs, and alteration fees.

Talent Responsibilities:
•VIPs & Talent must provide three photos of themselves wearing the chosen look.

Yearly Membership Fee: $50 CAD
(Includes Contract Fee for Collaborations)
